Aug 15. The Federal Financial Markets Service registered on Thursday five bond issues of Gazprom Neft (series 01-05) for a total of RUB 35 bn, the regulator said. Maturity of series 1 RUB 5 bn bond issue is 5 years, series 2 RUB 7 bn bond issue – 5 years, series 3 RUB 8 bn bond issue – 7 years, series 4 RUB 10 bn issue – 10 years and series 5 RUB 5 bn – 10 years. Gazprombank will act as the underwriter of the issue. This is the first time Gazprom Neft places bonds on the domestic market. Earlier, the company only issued Eurobonds.
